At Green Lea First School, our aim for geography is to inspire curiosity in pupils to explore the world. We want to empower every child by ensuring a comprehensive understanding of global scale, a secure positional understanding and a deep knowledge of human and physical knowledge of the world and the ability to apply their skills and knowledge in their everyday lives. We aim to achieve this through a concept-led curriculum that is both knowledge and skills-rich, enabling students to explore and navigate the world around them with confidence and purpose.
